Working with Tyler at A1 Mortgage was a blessing. Prior to calling A1 Mortgage I was so discouraged because our previous lender made the process so hard, strenuous, and made us jump through so many hoops. Not Tyler, he took the same documents came back with a pre-approval less than 48 hours. The process was so smooth, and he was communicative throughout the entire process. I was so grateful and appreciative, buying a house is already stressful, but Tyler made it easy. I can't say it enough...call A1 and ask for Tyler Nicholson specifically.

We just refinanced our home with A1 Mortgage It was a great experience because our loan officer, Dalton O'Donnell, was experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough. He understood our financial situation well and applied his CREATIVITY and made it possible. Additionally, Dalton gave us a rate that beat the rate our existing mortgage company gave us. We finished the whole thing in a couple of hours. In fact, the whole process was so smooth that their underwriters didn't have anything to ask me, except a missing signature on a document.
