Guild Mortgage - Bob Cooley Citrus Cir, Walnut Creek

I did not work with Bob Cooley, but Renee Martin and Amber Hurd are absolutely amazing, I would highly recommend working with those two anytime. They are patient, understanding and they inform you every step of the way. They are the reason I stay with Guild Mortgage.

Amber, Renee and other Cooley team members provided personalized services which resulted in my getting a refinance at a low rate, reasonable loan costs and exactly the loan amount I wanted. I never heard of Guild mortage, but found them on the internet after walking away from a refinance offered by my existing mortgage company. The closest Guild office to my home in San Francisco is in Walnut Creek. I had just paid for an appraisal from company X, but Guild was able to accept a copy of that appraisal which was barely 30 days old, saving time and money. They also were able to insure that my initial loan application had my taxes impounded, but not home insurance. Company X didn't inform me about this. When I found out later--after signing the loan application but prior to closing-- they said they could make the change, but there would be a penalty fee! There are more details I could provide, but the bottom line is that Guild mortgage in Walnut Creek is highly recommended even for people living in San Francisco.
