The overall experience was awesome. Pat and his team were very helpful answering all of my questions, helping guide me between two different types of loans (VA and Conventional) and there were no issues whatsoever at closing. I've bought more than five houses over the years and this was by far my fastest closing. In and out in 45 minutes and no waiting for the wire transfer. I've already recommended Pat to my realtor and will recommend him to friends as well. Best rates when shopping around and a smooth and easy transaction.

The timely and elaborate communication made the process seamless. The only detractor, and I will just chalk it up to a bad day for him, was that my loan officer was a bit rude when I asked about the first loan estimate being the official estimate during our first conversation. If interest rates weren’t rapidly rising at the time, I probably would have went with someone else. Everything was smooth and professional after that though.
