Jack Tenold was tremendous in helping my husband and I obtain a reverse mortgage. It is with pleasure that I write this review for Jack Tenold. From the first phone call I made to Jack seeking basic reverse mortgage information, through the final closing, Jack was there for me. Between his communication skills and deep knowledge of the reverse mortgage process, I do not see how I could have been in better hands. I simply cannot imagine anyone having a deeper and more thorough knowledge and understanding of the reverse mortgage process than Jack Tenold! Any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire process were answered immediately, and completely, even times when all I needed was reassurance from Jack that everything was on track and going smoothly. I have no doubt whatsoever that Jack's "behind the scenes" work and negotiations with underwriters and others involved in the loan process was completely instrumental in the successful procurement of my reverse mortgage.
