About.a year ago I was going to switch banks because I wasn't happy with the service. The teller (Kathy) convinced me to stay and I have been very happy with service since. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. They are very jser friendly also!

Had banked with them for 15 years or more and when I had issues with my accounts and cards being stolen they were rude, inconsiderate and told me it was my problem to fix. Chris there manager would call me constantly and be rude and harsh to me on the phone if I had any questions. I will never do business with them ever again. If I could rate them in the negative I would.
