Friendly staff, clean office, good work and they were exceptionally nice to my toddlers when I had to bring them along to an appointment.

They were very thorough in the research of the property. However they took 45 minutes to cut me a check AFTER we were finished signing the paperwork on the sale of our property. It seems as though they wait until the last minute to make sure they have everything for the closing and in this case, the funds from the buyer were not yet there!

Three attempts and they still have the wrong address. They keep telling us it has been fixed. Just received another deed and still had WRONG ADDRESS. Attention to detail, folks. Maybe do a little proof reading and some checking... We will try again but, sadly I think this it as good as they can do. I wonder how many more times this will take?!!
