Hi my name is Brittany, and I just wanted to take the moment to tell you about the most amazing experience I have had in my 35 years. Shout out To Title Max on Southwest Parkway And a special thank you and prayer To Cody, And Melissa !! This is the second time I have meet this super amazing, wonderful, dedicated woker.. And yes I a was in there to apply for a simple personal loan. Not only am I struggle from time to time with personal matters and financial issues with covid and everything else going on in the world today who wouldn't. I happened to call and ask if he can help me try to apply for a small payday loan to help out till payday just next week. And granted after an hour later I was not approved he didn't stop there, he had called every manager, district manager, and a few other numbers to try and make absolutely sure there was no way around my denial. Note during that hard work and dedication and big heart we talked every chance some put him on hold. Anyways after visiting with this gentleman for an hour I was in tears, Not because I was denied but because of the true awesome blessing of his ability to want to try that hard to help me, and because he's an amazing sould and person with a big heart. I have never meet anyone like that in a business or work place show that much passion for the person on the other end or client. Well just about the time I was rapping it up and fixing to leave the manger had walked in Melissa and the same way with her everything, I started crying again. If I could give a 100 star review for the I would. So today I was really touch and meet 2 amazing people in life. Please if your considering a loan for any reason I %100 recommend this place. The staff was very courteous, and the process is as simple as could be. Edit: I'm adding this because when I went to get a personal loan here (which I had done before), the process changed and was MUCH more electronic. I am changing my rating from 5 to 3 stars because the repayment plan was not made clear to me, and now am in a predicament due to not having all of the information regarding repayment. I accept responsibility for signing for the loan I did, but I can't help but feel swindled by this company. Just be aware of what you are agreeing to.

I walked into the store one day with problems because I was in dire need of money because my daughter had car trouble many miles away and I was unable to get there and did not have the money to get her help as she needed . When I walked into TitleMax on Southwest Parkway Sandy and Monica both were very warm and greeting and genuinely cared about my issue they absolutely made the whole bad problem that I was having turn into a very professional and wonderful experience that I would not hesitate one second to do again absolutely a wonderful place to do business with very knowledgeable and courteous and professionally compassionate employees when you actually go in somewhere and they genuinely care about the problem that you're having that in itself makes for a good experience.
