Guadalupe Credit Union N Riverside Dr, Espanola

Came two days In a row for an issue I was having with my bank and your employee Jessica in the espanola location helped me both times, she's very sweet and seems to care about us banking here unlike other banks I've previously been to but I just wanted to leave a review to show how pleased and greatful I am with her and I thought I would drop a review here so hopefully she can get recognized for her work and attentiveness.

I had the worse experience with a girl named Blanca Quezada. She was helping me with a loan for a vehicle. She did not contact me when she was supposed to so I had to find a way to get ahold of her, she only contacted me through email which I felt was very unprofessional because I am a first time buyer and first time filling out this application. She made me believe that I was approved then later told me they entered my information wrong so I had a vehicle picked out and the price even lowered and told me it was denied but would not even tell me why it was denied or if there was anything I could do. I had to call and speak to a bunch of other people to get an answer and I’m the end I still had to speak with her but I had to contact her so I could figure out what happened instead of her contacting me. So unprofessional I do not recommend at all!

First off i have to say that i have never been treated so well at any other bank!! These girl's and few guy's are overall exceptional!! I literally feel like family whenever i walk in or call, They always go over and beyond to help me with anything i walk or call in for!! I walk in and the atmosphere is always so welcoming and friendly!! I never plan on leaving the GCU family!!! These people im about to name really know how to make my day, They help me out so much and GCU should feel so proud to have them as their employees.. Catalina, Daniela, Monica, Nitza..( Idk how to spell her name! But she sits next to Daniela).. And Augusto!!! Thank you all for being MY GCU FAMILY!! :)

I think they cater to Mexicans. I have been a member for over 29 years paid off a ton of loans, now I was denied. Ana Arreola said 1,000.00 is a risk. Lol. Omg how can I not pay Back I make 2,000.00 a mo.

Ben a member for about almost 7 years seems like Espanola branch is getting worse and worse when it comes to management Literally tick the manager 15 minutes to open shared branching while she talked to another employee

I just want to thank Mario Vega from the Santa Fe branch for continuing to keep in contact with me and was still willing to help me with getting a vehicle. Thank you so much to Patricia Sanchez for taking the time to work with me every step of the way and help me understand everything that I was doing throughout the process. I was approved and was able to get the vehicle that I wanted and that worked for me and my family. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me and work with me!

I was ready to close my account frustrated with my ATM card and the embarrassing situations holding other ATM customers in a waiting mode. But fortunately for your E.S P. Employee, Jesusita Gonzales, who has Awesome Customer Service skills helped me solve this problem but kept me as a Guadalupe Credit Union customer. 5 stars to Ms. Jesusita Gonzales who us very professional & made me feel appreciated!!!!!

I think they cater to Mexicans!. Applied for a loan. I have paid of a ton to them. Omg, now was denied. I make 2,000.00. Can't even borrow 1,000.00 According to Ana Arreola, took my bank statements. What a joke.

been sitting in line behind one person for 40 mins now. if ur doing paper work with them turn the light off so we can go to another line. so agitated that everytime its 30 mins alone waiting no matter what

I walk in greeted wait in line and called by my name great customer service and Monica makes sure all your question are anwered and your needs are met
