Guadalupe Credit Union Mimbres Ln, Santa Fe

The staff at GCU were very helpful, understanding, caring and professional. I worked with four different representatives. However, Mr David Hernandez was PROFESSIONAL at every point of his assistance. He ALWAYS treated us with the utmost respect and in a very non judgemental approach in his communication with us. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and at the end of the day, had we not been able to reach our financial goals we would have left Mr Hernandez’s office truly believing he worked with our best intentions in mind. We felt he treated us with the professionalism and integrity that is so very rare in todays Financial Institution setting. We recently learned he was promoted to a Managerial position- what a great choice for co workers to have on their team. He is a true team leader by his example and an undeniable ASSET to the operation of Guadalupe CU.

This bank is a joke tacky lazy staff and a whole lot of nothing going on. Never answer phones and when they do they are sarcastic. Never honor check protection, slow deposits to clear, and only approve loans to a select few people almost 700 credit score couldn’t even get an auto loan! Please look elsewhere for a good banking experience. Don’t waste your time. They shouldn’t associate themselves with religion or saints because they are fees, fees, fees and greed, oh and when your really in a bind don’t expect customer service to do anything. Wish I could give no stars.

They put long holds on deposits. I was told that after a few years my bigger deposits would go through right away but it's been three years and they wanted to put a 30 day hold on one check. I had to cash it and deposit that instead! And they put a five business day hold on ATM deposits. I'm definitely shopping around for another bank.

I have had nothing but excellent service with Guadalupe CU and most recently I had the pleasure of being assisted by Britni Romero at the 3601 Mimbres location here in Santa Fe. All of my financial needs were met and I am truly grateful for such amazing service! Definitely will always recommend GCU! Thank you so much once again for all of you wonderful help Britni!! You are greatly appreciated!

By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. I've never had such a hard time actually trying to pay on an account. You know give them my money? They make it so difficult. I'm so grateful I do not and never will bank there. I'm closing my Mom's account as soon as possible.

I have been a member of GCU for many years and I have always had exceptional customer service from Britni :) She has always made my banking easy and helped me anytime I had any questions or concerns. She is always super easy to work with, super friendly and makes you feel like you are a Priority. :)

I walked in feeling like NOTHING could help me with my current financial situation, and left with options and hope. The employees ( Eddie, Melissa, David, and Javier...as well as others) made it feel like they were on my side from the moment I opened my account and I am SO excited to be a member at Guadalupe Credit Union!

Service is always friendly but not always fast. Still, I like Guadalupe Credit Union as a whole. I've been an account holder for 7 years now and they've helped me purchase 3 cars when no other lender would approve my loan request.

I have been a member for many years. I have never had any issues. Britini Romero is the kindest and most helpful! I love this branch, always fast and easy.
