Got membership and account opened online and it was done speedily. Then I applied for credit card and was approved. Went in to this branch to see if I could get it instant issued and Adam was very helpful and patient with me. Eventually also got my wife’s instant issued. Again Adam called me when he said he would to let me know it was done and I could stop by and pick it up. So far I like the service!

It is truly heart warming when you run into someone who goes way out of their way to help you. Savanna Roemer is one of those people, and you should be very proud of her and her dedication to the members of the GTE Credit Union. In addition to helping us reach our financial goals, she has taught us so much about credit, and how it is calculated so we can make smarter financial choices in the future. At every corner she has championed for us. I just can not say enough about Savanna. Thank-you, as we feel she has embraced what we feel GTE as being consumer friendly and driven!

I went to the Fruitville Rd Branch in Sarasota Yesterday looking for advice and got help by Savanna Roemer and what a great experience! She look at all my options and took her time to explain without rushing me into a decision and help me with my concerns, she was very knowledgeable and professional and at the end I ended up getting great advice and a great deal on solving my issue and helping to better my finances!! Adam Carroll was so helpful,thorough, and patient throughout the closing process! He understood my needs, and gave me hints to be sure everything was in order before I left. I have been so pleased with my service since starting with GTEFCU, and Adam certainly continued that happiness.

Usually don't review but the service provided by Savanna from this location was a literal blessing. Before her, I spoke to numerous representatives in the Auto Loan Department (not this exact location) over the phone and every phone call ended the same, I was left uneasy and confused. Some how i landed on her phone line and I firmly believe if it was not for her, I would not be car shipping at this very moment, thanks again for your help!

Customer Service was prompt upon my entry with a pleasant greeting. I appreciated the Covid Protocols that are being followed. Although I did not have an appointment the member service rep was available to see me. Adam C was informative, professional and personable. I am proud to be a member of this financial institution.

Elicia was excellent from start to finish. She did it all with humor and a great attitude. My reason for coming in was for a replacement card but there were other layers that needed to be addressed. I didn't feel rushed in anyway. I left satisfied and with what I came in for. I also noticed she addressed and spoke to every customer that entered the door while still getting me taken care of. I don't come in often and this was an excellent experience.

Adam was great! Very friendly and helpful. He got me what I needed right away and listened to me. In listening to me, he thought of other things things that GTE had to make my particular life easier and made them known and available to me.
