The customer service which I received from Kim was excellent. She was able to resolve an issue with my account in one phone call. In these trying times, it's wonderful to know that there are GTE associates who see share members as more than account numbers and balances. Thank You Kim!!!

I came to GTE to start an account and was greeted by Preeti. I was asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't, and Preeti sqid no problem she would help me. She very quickly opened my account and through the process was so amazingly friendly and kind to me. I am so glad I chose to change banks and start an account here. One persons kindness can make a huge difference.

I had the pleasure of working with Miss Anna in the Clearwater Location she was a pleasure to work with and also took care of my mother at the same time.

I would like thank Mrs Dawne Davis for assisting me with changing my accounts due to hacking of my account. She went above and beyond for me with this. She made me feel at ease and because when your faced with this situation you need someone like her to get you through it. She explained to me what needed to be done and took care of it and also she gave her business card and told me she will follow-up on the new account and if I had any additional questions are concerns to give her call. She treated me like a friend of the family . Please give a huge thanks and a gift card or something because its hard to have people of her quality represent your company like this she is definitely Upper Management material. I didn't realize I need an appointment but Mrs Davis took care of me because I just lost $2000.00 dollars from my account and she saw how upset I was and like I said in the above comments she went Above and Beyond.....Thank you so much My family will now be able to have a Merry Christmas 🎅
