Grow Financial Federal Credit Union: Lexington Store US, Lexington

Do not do business with grow financial. Their interest rates are garbage. Their online banking user interface is among the worst I have seen. Everything seems to be way more difficult than it needs to be. all they do is collect interest pester you with their pathetic "security" system and seem to invest no money into customer service. trying to pay off a lump sum on my account ended up being an hours of my time that I will never get back. and then they call me right afterward to validate that these payments are correct. I miss the call and then have to wait on hold for 45 minutes just to tell them that no one had stolen my identity to pay off my loans. just such a waste of time. I cant wait to pay off my loan and wipe my hands of this scam.

The dealership selected them for my car loan. They've been great to work with. I've been surprised how easy they've made so many things that are a challenge with a lot of companies. Simply things like setting up auto draft which can be a pain with some companies took about one minute with them. Haven't had any issues they've had to resolve, but the process of getting everything set up has been easier than with most companies.

My wife and I recently opened new Checking and Savings accounts with Grow. We have both been member’s of the same Credit Union outside of the area since we were both teenagers and are both now in our 40’s! Antione Frederick was the gentleman that served us and put everything in place for our new accounts. Antione is the perfect example of an excellent employee and his customer service is second to none. The experience was overwhelmingly pleasant and he made the process very easy and hassle free for us to move on from our previous banking institution. Not once since becoming new members at Grow has he not been there for us in person or by phone when we’ve reached out to him with questions on our new accounts. I would like to express a BIG THANK YOU to Antione publicly for your dedication to your job and service to the public you serve here in Lexington!! The other members of the team at this location are always very nice and willing to help us. We are looking forward to continuing to do business with Antione and the very friendly team at Grow in Lexington! Thank you all 🙏🏻

I honestly wish I could put negative stars. I’ve had a tremendous amount of stress and headaches due to this company. They could careless about you as a human being and just want whatever they can get out of you. The staff is hateful and terrible at giving instructions. Please be cautious before accepting a loan through grow. They’re interested in growing the company and nothing else.

Credit Union Heaven! I have been with banks and credit unions since '96 and this is the first one that has everything I have asked... well I take that back, they do MORE than what I ask. From better loan rates to automated deposits. All my boys have Kids Club accounts and LOVE going in and depositing $10 to get a toy!

I have to say i wish everyone and all financial institutions were as friendly knowledgeable and so willing to help thier customer as much as a Grow employee 's are! I have been a customer of Grow going on 6 years now and I have never had a bad experience.i Just got off the phone with Brendan from the central ave store in North Carolina.What a helpful person he was and not once did he loss his cool .Thanks . I truly hope the corporate offices realize what great employees they have in thier Carolina branches...I wish we had a branch here in Crossville TN . Again Thank you Arnold Smith

We opened a business checking and savings with Grow after finding them on Facebook from helping small business owners. I can’t even describe how nice it has been to do banking with Grow. When we go to the Lexington store they know exactly who we are and are very attentive. They have supported our business and our first week of opening. This team is willing to go the extra mile for its customers. The banking hours or more reasonable. I do look forward to seeing how our business can grow with Grow!

Poor! I made a cash ATM deposit some of the money got jammed. I went directly into the branch and explained and she said it would be corrected that afternoon when the machine was serviced. Well she call me later saying that others behind me could have had the same problem "like they wouldn't have reported it". So because I referenced the ATM as the "damn machine " the teller has accused me of verbal abuse and refused to talk to me. So the manager was to review the cameras and call me back a week ago! When I call their number it rings me to Tampa Florida. Funny I thought federal law demands they account for every penny. This was not a large amount of money nor am I starving without it , but its mine not Grows! And what it I really needed it? What would I do? I guess tell my debtors I'm waiting on Grow. Closing account today

Been a customer for over 5 years. Not once have I deposited an unacceptable check, and yet they still withhold my new job paychecks for up to 4 or 5 days. Seriously considering canceling my account
