Grow Financial Federal Credit Union 14th St, Bradenton

I’ve been a customer of grow financial for almost ten years. Everyone in the store is always in a good mood, and professional. I’ve been helped by Michelle, Myra and Tracy, they all break down answers and details when I had questions about starting my credit, and information about mortgage loans and business loans, I always heard that credit unions are way better then banks, and it looks to me like it’s true. They have lower interest rates and work with you.

Every time I have an issues with my account, the awesome staff at the Bradenton location are always so patient with helping figure issues out and they make sure to get it done as fast as they can which is always appreciated! Shout out to the lovely Michelle who was able to help me out and explain everything I needed to know, and help me with some other issues that make me feel even safer using Grow Financial! Thanks for always going above and beyond!

Grow Financial has excellent Customer Service that is far superior to any bank in the area. The tellers and managers treat you respectfully and politely and have gone out of their way to assist us many times. Compare Grow FCU to any bank and you will know that they are great company to bank with.

I have been with Grow for about 2 decades. It has been a great experience in every branch. Only 1 time disapointed that I wasn't given financing because I didn't meet some qualification, which was like 12 years ago. Besides that it has been well above average and they have all exceeded my expectations every time.

We've been with Grow since the beginning when it took over MacDill Federal Credit Union that we had been with since 1983. Grow is an exceptional organization. Unlike many banks, you are treated with respect. Everyone is pleasant and helpful, and you get the feeling they really enjoy working at Grow. Whether you are dealing with the local branches by phone or in person or the 800 number or on-line, you receive immediate attention and assistance. We use Grow for checking, money market, auto loans and home equity line of credit. We feel secure knowing they are there.

I have been a loyal FCU member since 1990 and am also a veteran. The other day I went to the Grow office in Bradenton and withdrew $500 from their ATM in preparation for a trip. After my withdrawal I went to the teller and asked her to break down one of their $20 bills so I would have tip money for my trip. She refused to breakdown their $20 bill because I did not have an account with their credit union?!?! Terrible.

I've had Grow now since 2010, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the branches or phone calls I have made ever. From general banking to car loans. I never plan on leaving Grow!

Everyone is so friendly here. You don't even need deposit slips! My only gripe is is not open Sat. But I'm probably spoiled;)
