My experience with Greg was amazing. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I needed. He was available for if me and my wife had any questions even if it seemed simple. He worked with our schedule and time line of getting our first house and out of apartment living and worked hard and pulled some strings to make sure we closed on time and under budget even when we found a house quicker than anticipated. I have already referred friends to him because working with him was a wonderful experience. We look forward to doing it again when we refinance or purchase our next house.

My Experience with Gregory Laywell could not have been better from a barrowers perspective. I personally have over twenty years experience in real estate from the agent perspective. Mr. Laywell defiantly goes the extra mile to ensure that you have complete understanding, he will call you back at night and on the weekends to answer your question and assure you of how the process is going. My loan process took almost a year to complete most loan officers would have told me they could not help and moved on. From erroneous credit issues to clouds on the title Mr. Laywell is the hardest working loan officer I've meet in my twenty plus years in this industry .

Greg was extremely helpful in assisting me with a new home loan. He explained everything so I understood what was going on and he was so on top of everything I never had to guess or wait for information.
