DONT EVER RENT WITH ED! This man is one of the worst landlords i've ever had. Did not respond to texts, did not fix anything that wasn't working (even before we moved in), and tried to take more than the security deposit when moving out. Blamed tenants for damage that was there before moving in. Any repairs that needed to be made due to natural ware and tear was exaggerated and details were completely incorrect. This man will lie to you and pretend to care, then try to take as much money as possible when you try to move out. Not to mention his "guys" that he has fix his house don't know what they're doing, and half the time don't even show up. Stay away from Ed W.

We have been renting from Greenwald Realty about 4 years now. I LOVE IT. It's amazing how RESPONSIVE they are to us when we need something fixed, which is seldom! Clean, decent neighbors, close to downtown. Never moving! !

The apartment itself was great but the staff was always rude and things were never fixed no matter how many times we called. They are also horrible when it comes to plowing our driveway, I usually end up having to dig myself in and out of the driveway after a snow storm. I wouldn't recommend renting from them again.

Rent is cheap which is nice for a college student, but not worth it for all the extra aggravation and maintenance issues you have to deal with. The apartment was not great quality and was a mess from the day I moved in. Would not recommend to anyone

We have been renting office space from Greenwald Realty for 6 years and they have been always responsive to any issues.

Upon moving in we had broken blinds, a missing window screen, bulbs were burnt out in ceiling lighting, cabinets were broken in the kitchen, there was a pre-existing ant problem. When contacting about the issues they sent someone out the next day... The maintenance crew actually took our light bulbs out of our lamps to fix the lighting. We were left without heat for nearly a week during winter, and I guess the common sense of scheduling automatic oil deliveries is above them because not even weeks later our water heater's oil tank ran dry and we were without hot water for two days. If you're staying at one of their smaller properties, hope for a light winter, because the odds of them sending a truck to remove snow from your lot are slim to none without a reminder. This is the most unpleasant renting experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental.

Rented from Greenwald July 2018-2019, beautiful property right on main st. Great price for the location and heat included for a 3 bedroom! The staff is always friendly, maintenance very responsive.

Josh Greewald has found us a house and has sold our home for us...12 years apart. He is attentive, knowledgeabole, honest and professional. He can think outside the box, he can problem solve and he is direct and to the point. We would only use him in NH for real extate. Dr and Mrs Frederick P Spin

I cannot be asked, of how terrible of service this estate is. I highly recommend everyone to just go to some other service then theirs. Way to expensive and money grabby.
