I've been a member since 1997 and will never leave. The branch manager (Maida) at the Dallas location is absolutely the best!

Staff is always helpful and services are great.

This is a time warp backwards. Antique equipment. Employees have horrible attitudes. Complete scandal of a bank. I am closing my accounts with these people do to the poor hours of availability and customer service. There must be a better choice for banking in All of Texas. Think of all the people that never took the time to tell you how bad this bank is! Three bad negative reviews in two years other than that all is well! The strippers next-door are probably more cheerful than anybody in the Bank!👍

GTCU’s service is trash. They claim to be trustworthy with your money but they don’t even answer your calls. I have been on hold for more than 1 hour on 3 separate occasions to try to speak with someone to request fraud protection and have not been able to speak with anyone. To top it off, I also requested call back because the hold was so long, and still have not got 1 call back. This credit union does not to have the capacity to serve members. Go elsewhere with your money

Maida & employees are friendly, professional & always accommodating. Would recommend this location to anyone within 5-10 miles. Worth the drive ! Transferred my business from College Station where I started over 10 years ago. Bart & staff really helped me get started in a new credit situation.

It is close to my house and is a shared branch. But every time I come here I get a lecture on how I'm accessing my out of state account when I've been doing so with other banks for 2 years with no issues. The manager, I am assuming, is rude, presumptuious and needs customer service training. I've come here 3 times and each time the bank has a problem finding my account and rudely engages in what I've done wrong.

Great Customer Service and Amazing Rates! Love This Bank!

There seem to be a lot of inconsistencies in policies and communication between the branches. This credit union refused to deposit our tax refund check because my and wife I did not have a joint account with them even though we were both members at the time and had separate accounts with them. Today I got fed up and closed out my account after much scrutiny over my personal finances. My suggestion is to find another credit union out there that is more pro-member friendly!
