Great customer service! All the employees there are always willing to help you. They acknowledge you as you come in and whenever possible they say goodbye. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs. Very friendly personal.

I personally love this branch, very professional, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Leida, Mirna, Beatriz and Shirley always go the extra mile to assist me in getting my documents done especially when we were closing on our first home. These ladies deserve a "gold star".

I’m a SB member that generally visits this location. Not only is this credit union convenient to my banking, but it has such amazing staff. Vanessa usually helps with my transactions and she does such a wonderful job.

I've been a member since 1992 and I always enjoy coming to the Pinemont branch. The branch manager Shirley is always very helpful too. A lot of times Mirna assists me and she is so courteous and always professional.

I have been a member since the Houston office opening in 1981. For 30 years, this was my only bank. The personal service is invaluable. It's nice to still be able to walk in a place and people know who you are, and know your character. There is a sense of peace I experience being a member here.

Filling out both sides of their slips are so time consuming, and it seems as though they require a little too much from their sister branches. If it wasn’t for Amanda kindly notifying me about the required policy, and still managing to be so kind through my frustration, I’d never return... The staff is what makes this branch a GOOD go to, and also bc they allow shared branch in the drive thru while most CU don’t.
