Five stars both Ken, Brad and Kim (you were my mortgage team) made sure that our mortgage experience was extremely precise! We tried with two other lenders and with my mortgage team here at Great lakes it was a seamless process we didn't have to worry about anything because once we knew that there was a document needed we jumped! My husband is a 1099 independent contractor which made it a little bit harder but with this team they got us in pre-approved and closed within a month and a half!! They had been so efficient in obtaining required documentation on a preapproval basis, that I was able to close on my new home in a very short time. They were very friendly but also professional. Great Lakes Mortgage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Brad was always there whenever I needed to call or text a question. He made everything run smoothly and refinancing couldn’t have been any easier. Brad has made a customer for life. 2/10/22 updated review. This is the third time I’ve used Brad for a mortgage. He consistently beats other rates, and makes the process ridiculously smooth. I did a special rehab loan, and I was consistently updated with the process. The seller’s real estate agent mentioned at closing it was the easiest rehab loan she has ever done. I’m glad I’ve found a mortgage loan officer to continue my real estate investing.
