Great Lakes Credit Union S Weber Rd, Bolingbrook

Called just to get my account number was on hold for an hour until they closed. This is the second time something like this happened. the first time i did the call back option, they called me back hours later, then when i pick up they hung up this back is a joke take your money elsewhere!!!!

The drive thru service at this branch is terrible. There was someone applying for a loan in the drive thru, and I was stuck behind him for almost an hour. And the tellers didnt have the consideration to tell me to wait in or move to another line. They could've because they came out to hand the person in front of me papers. We could see the tellers in the window and they could've signalled us to move because they could see us waiting, and knew it was loan transaction in front of us, while we didn't. There has to be a better system for drive thru so this doesnt happen to others. Maybe separate lines for longer vs quicker transactions or online loan processing instead of at drive-thru?

Excellent service, hospitable Staff. Anytime I go there, Manager and Staff ensure I get the best service. If anything is beyond their jurisdiction, they ensure to connect me with right people and also do the follow up. I encourage people to take GLCU membership and enjoy the community hospitality and service.

My time was wasted today. Called North Chicago branch and then Bolingbrook and no one could deliver. Where is a good bank? Where? Who can help you besides trading your money in the middle of the night and leaving you looking for more?

it seems very unreasonable when someone applies for car loan with 670 credit score with solid job and income history and also exceptional payment history with many auto loans paid exceptionally even with loans about 30k and being declined for 18k car loan flat without any communications from CU and any offers.Very disappointing. Thais how consumers getting inquires if CU so strict they should put qualifying conditions on their site so people can make decision to apply based on them.

So disgusted by this greedy credit union!! They keep raising requirements for their extreme checking and offering really nothing good in return..not even increase on balance
