Cannot say enough great things about Grant with Watkins Home Loans. We, unfortunately, won’t be getting a loan through him, but that doesn’t change the fact that Grant is without a doubt the most trustworthy and knowledgeable broker we’ve ever worked with. The only reason we aren’t using him for our new home is because it is new construction and the builder was extremely competitive and offered additional $$ incentives to get our business. They had to fight hard to get it too, because using their words “Grant got you an extremely low rate and we don’t know that we will be able to beat his loan”. Thank you so much Grant. If we ever purchase another home in the future or have any friends needing this service, we will most definitely be referring them to Watkins Home Loans.
