Please open up the lobby. Drive thru line is ridiculous. Have to plan an hour out of my day to deposit money into the bank. SMH. Over two years into the pandemic and this bank still does not have it figure out…..

This place is let down after let down. Their online banking rarely works. I was unable to enroll in online statements online due to their system issues and needed access to my account statements immediately. I called the customer service # and the representative said they would need to submit and IT ticket but they could email me the statements for $5 per page (What???!!). I asked if the charges could be waived since their system was down and they refused. This place is so unprofessional and I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Newly with GSCU after wanting to cut ties with TD bank because of monthly “maintenance”fees...everyone was very nice and helpful opening. I hope to see more newer technologies with the ATM’s though in the near future....haven’t had to do a ATM deposit with a envelope in years as most other banks offer direct cash deposits with no envelope that give you immediate access to the cash you just deposited. That was a big let down discovering this for the first time yesterday that this was the old school deposit with a envelope and wait 2+ days for it to be “cleared”. I hope to see some enhancements as banking should be easy.

I have only a loan through this bank and when trying to make a payment either online or over the phone they will not let me. They said I can’t since I don’t have a checking account with them. Really?? This is so inconvenient for your customers just trying to make a payment to you. Not happy and will be switching my loan to someone else.

Gscu has gone downhill in the past year, I’ve had several instances where the “fraud dept” would shut down my card just because I bought gas. I actually can’t get to my money right now. They also are not bringing back telephone teller with is a huge inconvenience with out it. I can’t wait to complete the switch to dcu, the credit unions are night and day. Go with dcu no gscu Update: Sending an email off branch hours does nothing and calling the gscu number does nothing but direct you to a 3rd part fraud dept which can’t access my account. Thank you “the owner” for your useless information that didn’t help me at all. And also having member services open 24/7 is a complete waste of money when all they can do after hours is tell you your balance.

banking is first about convenience. online access couldn't be much worse. online help is veryyyy inaccessible. Staff is helpful if you can actually talk with someone. it took 4 days and repeated phone calls. still not able to actually get a username and password to be successful. Do NOT use this bank if you want convenience and easy access.

I was requesting a small fixed rate mortgage and right away this credit union tried to funnel me into a high rate adjustable rate mortgage, even though I have a very high credit score. Stay away!

I understand only having a drive thru with virus. BUT I've been sitting in line for about 25 minutes BARELY moving ( I'm in the line right now). Can you guys like consider that we have work to go back to. What are you going to tell my boss for me about taking so long to deposit checks for work? If someone is taking a million years have them pull over in a designated spot or find employees that can do their job. Note I've now been sitting in the car for a total of 35 to 40 minutes my work phone is blowing up and I cannot return my work phone calls. You guys should be more prepared and learn how to handle the virus. I'll be suggesting to my employer to find a credit union that cares and listens.
Heather Thank you for letting us know about your experience at our Manchester Drive up. We experienced extraordinarily high volume yesterday due to members accessing their accounts for economic stimulus payments during the beginning of a month when volume is always high. This definitely resulted in longer wait times than we typically see. We are finding that peak times for our drive ups and call center are 8 am to 11 am so if possible making transactions at a less busy time can help. As well, deposits for your employer or any account can made through the night drop which is in the first lane near the ATM and generally has no wait time. Deposits can also be made at some of our ATMs. Most importantly, your employer can set up access to remotely deposit to their account making it unnecessary to visit the CU in person for deposits and resulting in faster service. Our Electronic Services staff would be happy to speak with you in order to set up remote deposit for your employer’s accounts. Please direct message us and someone will contact you by phone to explain this service. I understand your frustration waiting in line and having other things to do at the same time. These are certainly trying times. We do care and are doing all we can to meet the service needs of members safely. Yesterday we also increased our ATM withdrawal limits so those members simply looking to withdraw stimulus payments can do so without holding up our drive up lines. Make payments easy for people sick at home. It’s not hard to obtain information over the phone to make an easy payment. Plenty of places do it. GSCU would rather charge me a late fee then to take my payment. 🤡

I am so sick of the errors, mistakes, lack of customer service, lack of options, inability to process payments in a reasonable amount of time... and today, you seal it off with being closed on July 5th? Your customer base are workers... why aren't you able to service us. I pulled up to your parking lot at 3:45 on Friday... MANY care were in the lot, people were angry and frustrated. People are headed out on vacations, etc... yet you guys are nowhere to be found!
