Had an amazing experience with Patrick Wesson, a loan officer with CrossCountry. Not only did they close the home in less than 30 days, Patrick answered ALL of my questions in the 8 months that I worked with him. Not all loan officers are the same, I understand that but the service I received from Patrick makes me confident CrossCountry hires great people. There is also a partnership with Costco so make sure to take advantage of that! Again, the real difference between this lender and another is not necessarily their rates but their amazing service walking me through everything and always providing a solution or explanation when I had an issue. 10/10 would use again.
