Excellent. Highly recommended. Stacy made the first time home buying experience a breeze. She was legitimately concerned with making sure everything was well explained and in black and white. It's a small bank but you won't regret choosing them to help you build your American dream. Excited to use them again someday for my next mortgage! ☺️

Stacey and the staff were awesome from the first contact through closing. Having had several mortgages/refinances over the years, the experience with Grand River was by far the easiest, most transparent, and professional. Stacey provided options for programs that fit our needs and communicated flawlessly, making a complicated and scary process go smoothly. Stacey and her bank were recommended to me for my mortgage.Seeing that it was local and I got a better interest rate.I went with it.Well come closing I actually found out my mortgage is at a place in Dallas,Texas,of all places.Yes I'm a bit upset.Now I have to make sure I get it in the mail by a certain date and of course I can't just drop a payment off.In going with.Stacey I was deceived big time!Not a good way to do business!!Watch out for this lady.VERY DECEIVING!!
