After reading previous reviews i was really anxious about going here today with my husband from Kalamazoo ( the closest branch for us ) to deposit saved cash and coins. I honestly do not know why people write such horrible reviews! The lady was lovely!! We had no issues what so ever and were in and out within 10mins max ! Definitely rate this bank , Definitely my go to branch and rate the lady that served us 10/10 ! Brilliant customer service and just an all round nice visit And they are open Saturday’s ! A massive help to us Definitely no complaints from us

    Response from the owner

Hi Richelle. We're happy to hear that your recent financial center experience was seamless. Thank you for the review and choosing Bank of America. Thank you. ^susan

Walked in with cash to deposit into my mother's account. The counter clerk and branch manager explain some personal company policy of not being able to deposit cash into that account. I can make a check out to deposit but not good old cash. What a joke! This is one of the many reasons I left this bank and even more reason to move my mother's account to a local bank like Lake Michigan credit union.

Unfortunately if Bank of America when you make a phone call you are asked too many prompts to get to speak to a person and a very long wait time. Also I signed up with Bank of America online and when I could not remember my debit card password you are not able to retrieve it online by phone or either with a customer representative you have to travel to the nearest branch location to do so. System should be simplified.

This branch has always been very good! The employees are smart, considerate, very helpful! Location next to the busy stores, malls is a must!

    Response from the owner

Hi, Cher. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^Joseph

The lady in the drive thru was rude. Told me I couldn't put money on my card when I have done it before. RUDE RUDE RUDE!

Needed to be added as a co-owner to mother’s account, we are very limited on time and most branches close at 4pm. Apparently no one was staffed for this job, I think it’s time to take our money elsewhere.

    Response from the owner

Hi Tony. We appreciate that you took the time to tell us this, even though you were disappointed with our financial center hours. If you need further assistance, please reach out to a member of our Social Media Client Care team on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. Look for the blue verified checkmark before communicating with a #BOA profile. Thank you. ^susan

Julie had an awful attitude ... I was waiting in the drive through for a long time as no one said I will be with you in a minute or something... finally gave up. End up going inside and asked her why no one told me that you are busy and no one will help me . By the way the drive through had green light on it. With a Loud deep voice she attacked me saying that she was helping other customer.. as far as I know that Bank of America employees will let you know how long your wait will be. She didn’t. I don’t think Julie know anything about customer service. I’ve never been treated so bad at Bank of America location before.

I've been banking here for over 4 years. The tellers used to be great courteous and fast. They are the only reason I haven't switch banks. The new staff and policies are horrible. Everything takes forever to complete and the staff complains at us for trying to use the drive thru for our businesses. I used to drive all the way to the grandville locations even though my businesses are in Zeeland and kentwood. Now I'm going to transfer my 3 businesses, personal checking and credit cards to a new bank with good customer service.

Hours are not correct/up to date here on Google maps or posted on the front door. Whenever I was able to get in the customer service was good.
