I was pre-approved with an online lender to purchase our new home, and secured a good rate and low fees. Our seller insisted we get pre-approved with his preferrend lender, the Grand Lending Team. I'm so glad he did because GLT was able to secure a much better rate. The fees were a bit higher, but they were rolled into our loan, and on balance we will save tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the loan. Working with the Grand Lending Team was a breeze. Amazing re-fi experience with Grand Lending Team! Brian and Nichole were both very efficient and timely despite being in the middle of a stay at home order!
