We originally were planning on working with a well reviewed national company, but ended up switching to Steve and GoPrime due to an appraisal issue, and we are so glad that we made the switch! Steve and his team worked after hours multiple times to help us meet a tight timeline (we had 3 weeks to close and were totally ready with a week to spare), walked us through every step of the process, and ultimately were also able to give us the best rate. They were better than all the other companies we talked to in every respect, and were also really wonderful people to work with. We can't recommend Steve highly enough and will definitely choose to work with him and his team for any future mortgages.

Steve and his team were great! We had a couple delays with our builder and they were gracious enough to let us do some minor extensions of our rate lock which really helped ease some stress during such a busy time. He was also always so quick to answer emails and calls whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

A completed job well done. From day one, Steve helped us work through a process that they understand and do all the time. This process appears pretty daunting to older (way past millennial) "haven't done a mortgage in recent times" folks. Our real estate broker, Heidi Harris (Home Sweet Heidi), recommended Steve Cooper as our mortgage broker and he was excellent! With a baby on way (and well into our third trimester), we had a very tight timeline for our move. Our closing was 30 days and due diligence only 2 weeks. That's not a lot of time to get things turned around but Steve worked diligently to secure the conditional approval we needed to feel comfortable before the end of our due diligence period. He and his team (Denise & Nikki) were in constant communication on what they needed from us and where we stood in the approval process. We were never left wondering or second guessing and everything went smoothly to secure final approval and prepare for closing. Not only was Steve great with communication and timeliness but he also helped us get the best loan structure at the most competitive rates. We were purchasing a larger home and, even with 20% down, the loan balance was higher than the limits for a standard loan. Instead of a jumbo loan at a higher rate, Steve worked with us to get a back to back loan structure in place which included a primary and then a smaller equity loan - both at great rates. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Steve and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, fast and efficient mortgage lender!

Working with Steve Cooper was the best experience imaginable while buying my new home. Steve is the reason I was able to purchase the home that I really wanted. The seller had received multiple offers and was ready to accept one before I even got to see the house, but the other party had to change their loan & financing terms and their offer fell through. I was able to make an offer that had a closing date within 30 days, and Steve had already advised me on the type of loan that I would use, which is the reason the seller chose my offer over all the others she received. Was very condescending in communications since we were asking questions. Turns out we were right and Steve was wrong and we were able to get fees waived that he said we couldnt. Everything was going well until he started talking down to us.
