I needed some documents notarized and witnessed who I was in town, and these guys had been super helpful! Fast and affordable service. The notary I interacted with was very nice and understanding. Thank you!!

They are all about the $ , we were sold a lemon and they told us we needed a new tag, they said there are fading problems with that one and we had it for over 15 years nothing faded on top of that the car started bucking on the way home already they wouldn't return title or money said too late and they still had it...I'm on oxygen 24/7 I can't afford to have a car break down on me, they don't even care. The guy that sold car was willing to give us our money back, but they wouldn't release us back the title. BEWARE!!!

BEWARE! Went for a standard title transfer. They thought we said the vehicle was sold for $5000, BUT we said $1000. So they charged us $300 sales tax instead of $60. I called the manager after I found the overcharge and she said "I heard $5000" and there is nothing we can do, it's already in the books. She did not offer anything to make up for the blunder. Hence the one star.

I have never been to a notary that are friendly, excellent in service and prices are lower than most in Lancaster. Thank you for your great service.

there were two fast they were too simple. Would recommend their services to anyone here in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

6-23-2020 I just sold a house out of state and all the paperwork had to be notarized; quite a lot of pages and 6 notary points. Mindy waited patiently as I got to the first point and noticed that the middle initial of my wife's name was wrong. Two real estate agents, a settlement agent and I had not realized this. Since we had a week of lead time before settlement everything was able to be corrected. Settlement was perfect. I have used this office and the one in Leola many times over the years. I have been satisfied each time. My most recent visit was 7-17-20. Very professional and know what they are doing. I recently took an elderly lady who had sold her car and was in a wheelchair to the Leola office closest to where she lives. They have a lift to get to the level of the door. She was very appreciative of that. The lady in there also does a very good job too.
