Sorry it took me so long to leave this review!!! This transaction went so smoothly I was pretty amazed. I did a cash out refinance with Josh Yoder and he was so great. He contacted me right away and any time I had a question he got back to me very quickly. He answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. The rate was very competitive, and the best part was that I didn’t have to go through the hassle of an appraisal. All the signings were easy, mostly online and just a few forms in person. I will definitely refer people to Josh and Good Day Loans. Thanks again!

I was thankful that the refinance went smoothly Also there wasn’ t all the papers that were Necessary, to make this work. In the past there was W-2 required & other things. Also many loans Take 30 days & my loan only took a couple of weeks. My interest rate was 2.999 lower than my original Rate. So I am satisfied. With everything.

Taylor did a very great job with my loan. As I was about to finish, I got really ill and could not respond to complete the transaction. After I recovered, months later, she got it patched up and fixed and finalized in a very short a time. The other parties involved said "My! That was FAST!" I would recommend her to ANYONE needing a loan. She is good people and great at what she does. She is the kind of person they should "keep around".

A death in the family, a will, probate, executor in a short period of time can be very stressful. Now add talking to at least 3 mortgage companies to do a refinancing loan you could sure use someone in your corner. That's where Good Day Financial came to the rescue. The company called Better was difficult to work with, which made me even more thankful for Clayton. I told him I would much rather have a Good Day than a Better one. I worked with Taylor and she was fantastic. I was under contract for my new home and the lender I was working with offered a terrible rate. Taylor contacted me and that same day, less than 24 hours before the Fed met to raise rates, Taylor got me locked in at over a percent less than my previous rate offer from another lender. Taylor worked extremely hard throughout the entire process which actually let me move up my closing date by two weeks. I cannot recommend Good Day and Taylor enough. I am extremely happy and in the event I need to purchase another property in the future, I will be contacting them.

Michael Weber was very professional and had our loan approved quickly. I would recommend him to everyone. He was always available for questions I had and had everything in order. This was the easiest loan to obtain. Michael is worth more stars but only 5 were available.
