My wife and I spent a big chunk of last summer with Javier (and Maria) looking for a vacation home in Estes Park. We would recommend Javier to anyone who asks. As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what we wanted at all. We had a very wide search area and must-haves on opposite sides of the spectrum. Javier considered both of our styles and tastes and found us a house that literally checked every box for under our maximum budget.
