    I am honestly so disappointed. The atm does not work and the bank is closed at 2pm on a monday while their website says they are open. How am I supposed to make deposits? I can’t leave a message or talk to an associate. Do not recommend using US BANK here in Estes at all. Their atm is unavailable most of the time and their bank hours are not reliable at all

    It appears your changed hours for all services are for customers that don’t have day jobs!! Drive through open at 9:30 AM closes at 4 ??? Come on! No lobby service at all possible with appointment. You like service at my place of work though. Bank of Estes Park works with safety features, drive up, lobby, notary all services no appointments. Your lack of service supposedly due to virus is pathetic! Extremely unhelpful! Will be changing banking with you as soon as possible.

    Can't say much about the place. Always closed. Tried to swing by here multiple times in the past few months. Pointless. You need an apointment for the drive through. Where you talk through glass and microphone. Rediculous. I need information from them. Im probably gonna close my account as soon as i can. I need access to my money. Is that asking too much?

    This has been my local branch for some time yet visiting makes me feel like a stranger. Teller staff is hit and miss at best. You can do better.

    So, we're sitting here to do a closing, scheduled at ten, it is 1030 and the person closing our loan has no idea what to do, paperwork is not printed out, and she is on help line to learn how to print out documents. This is worse than Safeway. And to start, it took someone 15 minutes to even come in the lobby to help us.... Among many others that were waiting..... So much for customer service.

    Wanted to open an account here as im from out of state and staying for the summer. Guy at front desk told me rudely that I'll have to make an appointment, I have one day off a week and they didn't close for a half hour I didn't think it would be so much trouble but apparently it is to these people. Every other store (and bank) in town is open for people to come in freely. Why would I need an appointment, why would I want one now if they act like the rude guy at the front desk. Finding another bank, who is open and welcoming even without an appointment. I'll figure out how to get my money back home some other way.

    Was thinking of switching banks because I work in Estes so often and this bank is convienint to get to. Changed my mind after today’s experience, poor customer service. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at a bank until today.
