    Paid off 3 autos on time up to $50k, a member for 15 years, and they decided to put a 10 day hold on a large portion of my payroll check that I've been getting for over a year (same company, same checks, no change in name, etc.) Never had any non sufficient funds, never late on any of my accounts. Told me it was standard on payroll checks being mobile deposited. So if you like paying everything on time and then being treated as if you have no options on your own money, bank here. Nobody should have to wait an entire payroll cycle to get paid again with their own money. Especially 10 days, "standard". Thanks Golden One. Going back to EECU....

    They've been great to me for 15 years. Excellent customer service, and great online banking. When I've screwed up and overdrawn on a couple of occasions they've reversed the overage charges without any drama. I have checking, savings, a reasonable rate platinum Visa, and a mortgage with them, and have no complaints at all.

    It was hard for some reason to get them to let me join at first but ever since then I am very pleased with there service.

    I literally don't understand how hours like this function for a business??? How do working customers actually get a chance to phsyically come to a bank when they operate like this it's unbelievable. I work 6 days a week and have to take time off to access my own money. The employees here are very kind and helpful but the management needs to adjust to hours that accommodate working professionals

    Golden one let our people deposit fales checks get deposit in your account we have already call twice and Golden one refused to fix it and tomorrow. I will be coming in there with police.

    Stood in line for 10 mins and NEVER even moved up once. Do NOT waste time going here while running errands. The place is literally a mess with half the buildings structure dug out and no signs pointing to the door which is in a make-shift wooden hallway. Just absolutely horrible place to be👎

    Limited customer service, phone service only available during limited hours monday through friday. Way over aggressive anti fraud checking, results in refused charges, and deactivation of your card until they clear it. And in some cases (happened to me, was told by representative it happens about 1% of the time) the card cannot be properly reattached to your account after reactivation and they have to reissue you a new card, taking 5-7 business days, meanwhile your only access to your funds is by going into the branch itself. And there seems to be no urgency to do anything to make it up to the customer when this happens. I insisted that since this was a problem with THEIR system, that they expedite a replacement, and was told that the representative couldn't authorize that, and would have to submit for permission, but couldn't do that while I was on the phone....yeah right. Online and mobile banking setup is excellent. But the lack of on demand online chat customer service or phone service except during business hours is very much a negative in my book.

    Typically takes a long time going in and took them a total of 13 days to cash my check when put it in a ATM. No reason I should be getting my next check by the time they process my last. Pretty upsetting.
