I went to a pawn shop to try and sell my wedding bands, and I was offered a ridiculously low amount for them. I went to Fresno Coin Gallery and they offered a much more fair price. I was very happy with the amount and service I was provided with. I will definitely return!

I walked into Fresno Coin Jewelry a little nervous to be honest, I wanted to sell my brand new Chanel bag and didn’t know what to expect, Rosa helped me she’s literally amazing and so personable. I felt comfortable talking to her she was very informative and honest and I appreciated her help. I made the decision not to sell my bag at this time but I definitely will be looking for Rosa’s help if I need it in the near future. ROSA girl you ROCK! We need more people like you. 💯

I can not say enough about this other than The Gallery, The Staff, their Families are a Class Act and 5 Star doesn't do them justice. My Vehicle was rummaged thru, Family heirlooms stolen to no fault of anyone but it was do to a fault lock on my back hatch from an Auto Accident that I've been battling. This Gallery jped into action to help me, copied a video to assist me in my case, drove around because the video did show 2 persons and 1 was know to the shop as a local transient. Dorrie was nothing but amazing and patient when going thru and dealing with the heirlooms I brought in. George was so knowledgeable as well and you felt so comfortable with these professional, loving & caring friends I would call them now. ❤

I was completely ignored.. and as soon as a nice dressed customer walked in she was immediately helped. Never going back there again.

I took my extremely rare item in there to find out if it was real gold and the young lady was able to tell me right away that it was indeed 24 k gold plated. Fresno Coin Gallery is so wonderful to work with. Their security guard Andre helped us unload our car, and Drew was diligent, kind, patient and helpful while going through the possessions we wanted to get rid of. I highly recommend them. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was such a safe environment. We will be returning.

Natalie was very helpful. Bought some premium purses at great price. Very helpful and pacticent. Didn't make me feel rushed. Staff members keeping store clean and wiping everything down during visit. Appreciate excellent customer service. Several people shopping i noticed were very rude but all staff handling them in professional manner.

Just started buying silver at the beginning of June and Fresno Coin Gallery has quickly become my go to place for just about all my purchases. I've dealt with just a few of the ladies behind the counter and they have all been very helpful and patient when I'm looking at product. Really rude staff only Guards seem to be nice and happy there's no patience to explain spot price and details I asked if they had more centenarios Mex Gold in Inventory they said they had more but I was obligated to buy the one on display that looked off natural color and discolored very por customer service definitely not there priority to put customers first! Definitely would try to avoid place till theres new management and Better Solid Structure to Buisness

Drew, Alex and the owners are the nicest, kindest and most trusting people, Fresno Coin Gallery has been my go to when I need help or even just to secure my belongings. I've been comming here since 1998 and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelry! There showroom has nothing but the best with the best prices. She was so very patient, attentive & kind. She took her time with me even though we were still sitting there at closing. She was very personable & made me feel important. The customer service provided by Luz today was amazing. She was able to assist me with renewing a loan that I thought I surely had lost. She brought a ray of sunshine to my morning after a night of tears thinking I lost some family heirloom items. These people are absolutely amazing and so professional. I am only rating based on the customer service. These ladies are so unorganized when it comes to questions. All I wanted was to know how much a resize on a ring would cost, a ring I bought from your store 2 days ago, and they act like the question is trigonometry. Can I get a ring size changed? Waited 10 minutes for an answer. Mind you, I there was only 2 customers in the store, me and someone else. The question only required a yes or no answer.
