Golden 1 Credit Union Pacific Ave, Stockton

I absolutely love banking at Golden1. Hopefully they update this location, the address is no longer on March Lane, it’s over on Pacific Ave in Sherwood Mall in front of Macy’s. I have never had any issues with ATMs or service. Sometimes they get busy in the bank but honestly who actually goes into a bank anymore unless you need a loan or something like that? Heck you can even do that online.

It's always a pleasure to come to this bank. The staff in this bank are very welcoming, honest & hard working. I have had an excellent experience with this bank for the past 3 years. Thank you golden 1 for your excellent teller service.

Thought I would try out the new branch in Stockton. I arrived at 3:36 on Friday and there was only one teller open. I got happy when a second teller opened but she was only relieving the first teller for a break. I'll keep driving across town to the Morada location. At least they realize that Fridays are busy bank days and staff accordingly.

🏦 Excellent reputation is well deserved. The mall location is bigger and better, resolving many former issues; such as long (25 minutes) wait times. 🏦 The employees are and have always been accurate, fast and friendly. 🏦 Golden One excels in accuracy and works hard for its members to remain so. 🏦 The most important things about any financial institution is that they are: 1. Accurate; and 2. Trustworthy. 🏦 Golden One has earned and deserves our business for over 10 years now. We plan to stay with them for many years to come.

I always randomly go towards the end of the day & week and im out no more than 10 minutes. Staff is Friendly.. honestly id blame the customers not the staff for a long wait time.. not the hard to know what you have to bring b4 entering any bank.

Considering this branch opened during the Pandemic time frame, I understand with the distancing how the lines can be unusually long.. However when there's when they're not so busy I have never had a problem with their tellers but the weight is the same across my other banks as well BofA, WF and Chase. Everyone has lost employees across the board so it's very understandable that there have been unusually long wait times. Each branch has their High and low periods of "busy." I just try to avoid those as much as possible! All in all my experience has been great and thanks for all the professionalism of their employees to date!

Erica from the Golden 1 Stockton bank on Pacific was very rude on the phone when I called to ask questions about an acct. Her direct line is #4189 she shouldn't be talking to customers if she can't be nice.

I honestly don't know if it's the bank members not knowing what they want or the tellers but it's like waiting at the DMV. Members are at the windows taking 10-15min. Everytime I come here I'm in there 20-30 min. Pretty ridiculous.

Experience a lot of issues with the atms at this location. I needed to withdraw money and surprise surprise wasn’t able to, again. Even though it’s the closest to me most of time I have better luck driving to the one on Morada.

EVERY time I have to go in here, the lines are RIDICULOUSLY long. Been like that for years. Yesterday, lines to the door; I waited 45 minutes in line. Only 3 tellers open, other staff strolling around. Staff does not seem to care about wasting customer's time. Why are there not more tellers here? I would rather use the other branch but that location is so inconvenient to get to. Such a hard time getting to my own money. Seriously thinking about switching credit unions. I feel disrespected by this institution.
