Golden 1 Credit Union Howard Rd, Madera

I oly use the phone but 10 years one of the worker tuck 5 th from me and 5 for my huspen and she move to the fresno office but we had a emergency out out town that's y she tuck everything but I belive in carma were the destwas at there was no camara she said u cud not put 10 th because u have to reported in taxes so she keep them she had a little girl and I fill bad what time of mom she got tiff

I’ve been with this bank for about 6 years now if there were other credit unions besides Nobel credit union I’d definitely switch the line outside is always long which is not there fault due to the pandemic but the ATMs are always down the app always has some sort of issue the staff is always friendly and when I get in there I’m always in and out

Horrible branch. The lines are always extremely long and they definitely need more training. Never have had a good experience at that branch and dread when I have to go since it’s the o my one in Madera.

I went in December 18th to open an account with them I waited 10 business days to receive my card it comes to find out the lady never even issued a card so Dec 30th comes around they issued me a card today is the 8th and still no card and my friend went two after me and she already receiver hers WORST BANK IN TOWN

Worst wait lines ever! Golden 1 and The DMV have something common.. poor customer service and they only put 2 tellers while the other ten just sit back and watch!

While the sign may say Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM they may decide to open later in the day. It looks like today it will be 10:00am this Friday. I usually like the customer service with Golden 1 and would still recommend them to friends, however today has not been the best experience at this branch. I would expect a notice on the door to indicate a change in branch hours. This would be helpful so customers don’t have to stand an extra hour outside waiting for it to open.

Use this credit union at your own risk! Strangers took my senior disabled mom into the bank and withdrew thousands and when I called to get information for the police report they promised to call back that was 2 weeks ago! They will allow your money to be stolen and won't do anything about it beware!

Besides being packed during the afternoon, I have had great experiences during my time with this credit union. Staff is always polite and helpful as well.

This bank is supposed, to provide banking services to us as a sister banking branch. They refused to provide service, and had terrible customer service while they refused to assist us. And this was after waiting in line for 20+ minutes to even been seen. Horrible lines, and horrible customer service.
