I was lured in by the coupon for a free watch battery, but it turned out the watch stopped running because the movement inside was bad. The employee broke the crystal trying to close the back, so they sent it to their jeweler to fix. When it came back he had not only replaced the crystal, but put in a battery and new movement so now the watch runs perfectly. They didn't charge for anything! That's the way to run a business - real customer care!

This is how business used to be run, went in for a new watch band. Woman actually fixed by band didn’t charge me a thing. I know where I will recommend anyone I talk to and will be doing by business in the future.One happy customer.

These are great people. They really care about their customers. They have a huge selection for the size of their store. Helpful, hardworking, friendly employees that make you feel like your their friend. I've always had great service every time I've walked through the door whether it be the jewelry side or gun side. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone if they wanted to buy a gun or jewelry. So many selections to chose from and if they don't have what you want, they'll order it for you. Love this place!!!! Great people who try and help you out.

Honestly the most non-scamming pawn shop I've ever been to. Great helpful staff and a ton of goodies. A few years back, I bought a chain that I couldn't really afford; taking it back a few days later realizing what I've done. Expecting them to turn me away, I got a full refund or purchase. Good people.

Great service.. Got a loan.. Came back the next day to get my stuff. The interest was $150 for the loan.. I said easy money for a 1 day loan! the owner was so nice, she knocked off $50 of interest without any hesitation!! I didnt even ask! Some shops are snappy and rude over the phone. I've had great experiences through this shop buying and selling Silver and Jewelry. I found that they have firearms aswell, they've got a customer out of me. Great shop! Keep up the good and honest work.

Great prices. My family has been shopping at the Gold Miner for 25+ years. The staff is very friendly and knows what they are talking about. I recommend the Gold Miner to anyone interested in jewelry, firearms, or electronics. If you are selling your gold, silver or guns they will beat all of the other shops and pay in cash.

Great Customer Service! Awesome prices and good selection. The trick to shopping here is to understand there are only 2 employees working so they get busy. I usually frequent other shops with a better selection of gun to see what I want then I return to the Gold Miner to purchase due to there better prices. I have been purchasing from them for years and is the only shop I purchase at.

I used to do business with them however, I brought in my two carat (over $8,000) diamond solitaire. I borrowed $600 on it. When I returned to get it with over $2,000 the lady behind the counter said since I didn't have the slip she wouldn't let me buy it back. I had I .D so there was no reason to not give it back. I would not recommend this place. They WILL steal your items. BEWARE!! !
