The best pawn shop I have ever dealt with. By far the best customer service ever. They will try to help you not lose your items. even when they could legally own it, they will still work with you. Just plain awesome.

In my times of needing to use a pawn shop for different circumstances I've always used Cape Jewelry & Pawn. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. Do to the nature of their business it is difficult to find trustworthy people, and being a women I have always been leary of being taken advantage of. However, that has indeed been proven to be just the opposite and I will only use them for any business wether it's to sell or pawn. Cape Jewelry and Pawn is a wonderful place. The staff there are very fair and helpful. I have been going here for years to buy stuff or to get a loan. They have always worked with us so we receive the loan amount that is needed. This is the only Pawn shop I will shop at. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Met the two owners of the pawn shop. Super nice guys. Help me out and gave me top dollar value for my necklace on a loan. Such an easy transaction they made me feel right at home like I was part of the family. I love their text reminder on when my loan is due makes things so much easier. Easily the best pawnshop i have ever been to. They are very nice, surprisingly reasonable, easy to work with, and they really do strive to make the customer happy by consistently going above and beyond their job description. The shop has a "family run business" feel to it, which equates to superior customer service. And they have the best selection of dvd's around (and they are only 1 dollar), including a vast selection of many other items. I wont go anywhere else since I started coming here

Shop says open till 6pm Mon-Fri. Came in a few minutes before 5 to buy back my item that I need. Frustrating. Has been the only incident other times service has been good.
