Drove 45 min to get there and called ahead of time to let them know exactly what time I'd be there because I wanted to make sure I didn't drive all that way for nothing and the guy I spoke with said come on and I said okay I'm on my way. So I sign in when I get there and sit in the waiting area about 5 minutes and some lady comes up to me and said we can't see you it's after 5! And I understand that they close at 5 but the fact that the whole reason I called was to make sure it was okay because I've sold items here twice before and one of the times it was at around 6. But it's the fact that I called to make sure it was okay if I got there at 4:55 and was told to come on because I work a lot of hours and rarely have time to do anything before 5. And so I wasted 45 minutes driving there just for them to tell me I'm to late. That's bad business and 0 respect for my time not to mention they flat out lied to me! I can't give people like that my business for sure! I have to say I did not expect an apology so going off my previous experiences with this company and the fact that everyone makes mistakes I have to change my review to a 5 star because they do give the best prices and are very professional and friendly when dealing with them.
