Great experience! My husband and I are first time home buyers. Our lender, Jeff, was very informative and answered our many questions. My work schedule was a little hectic, but he was available day or night to talk us through everything. The process was quick, smooth, and the communication was excellent. Alex Kearney worked with me on the refinance/divorce buy-out of my former home. Alex was available and prompt in every instance. From start to finish everything was great! Nikki kept me updated throughout the process, she always answered my calls, texts and emails. She is very thorough and on top of her game. When we went to title to sign closing docs she was there in case we had any questions.

After getting approved for the first loan, then denied the 2nd loan 6 days before closing was to take place, she pulled a Hail Mary and got us approved or we would have lose our earnest money along with everything else that we paid for to secure this house. Frank Brown was the best to work with. He was always available, whether it was 8pm or 6am, to answer any questions that me or my client had. He even worked my file on Christmas Eve. He had us at the closing table in less than 30 days. Very professional! He met us at closing and introduced himself to me and my client.
