Most users would spend time writing reviews about bad experiences but I was so impressed with this company and the experience that I decided to write a review for a positive experience. Lets start with the initial phone, the loan officer Dan was not pushy at all and left a kind personal voicemail about his company's offering. Second, their rates were the lowest I could find, even my bank for 15 years could not match their rates. Third, the experience, the loan officers communicated every single aspect of the application on time and gave me a heads up about every little thing, now, that is what I call no surprises. I know a lot depends on the loan officer you get for your loan and this company seems to have some really nice people who care about their customers.

Pretty streamlined and simple process. My wife and I refinanced with GO Mortgage because the rates were too good to pass up. Our loan officer, Erik, was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. After having gone through the mortgage and refinance process a few times, I can recommend GO Mortgage--although, with the rate I got, I don't think I'll need them for a while!

Bernard was remarkable in helping me go from one bad loan to a very reasonable good loan that cost me much less at closing. My closing day was in 16 days and I don’t how he and his team did it within that short period of time. He is very kind and work hard for my loan. He and his team are amazing people. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

The Little Chute team was so awesome to work with. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing. They were so patient and thorough, making sure I understood the process. Everyone was easy to communicate with and provided answers to all my questions.

Go Mortgage has great rates and low fees! The rates were lower than local lenders and there was a $0 origination fee. Online lenders tend to get concerns about closing on time and communication, but my experience was amazing. I was not worried at all during the process about timelines or communication. My loan officer was Zach Kalb, who was incredible. Zach was extremely communicative and knowledgeable. He was available at all hours for my questions and concerns. He answered all questions about the loan, money, PMI, appraisals, document wording, etc. honestly and thoroughly to help me make the best decisions. He even made helpful suggestions about my loan that I did not consider. He got all of the documents to me quickly and I was never concerned about making the closing deadline with him. I asked him to create multiple estimates of numbers based on different down payment percentages and he quickly got those to me without hesitations. I was extremely assured in the process thanks to Zach. I highly recommend Zach and Go Mortgage if you want an on time and assured loan process.

Jim came in later in the loan process as one lender referred me to him and he was able to put it together quickly, accurately without moving the closing date. Throughout the process, Jim kept in good communication with direct access via text message, email, and phone. Even after the closing date, I have needed to contact him with questions and he's been there and available. Super great!

Always a pleasure working a deal with Scott. He has an amazing work ethic and goes above and beyond for his clients. Additionally, Scott is easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable. Can't wait until we close our next deal together.

Adam at GOMortgage is awesome. He really knows his stuff and is there whenever you need to reach him to answer questions or give advice. I have never had this personal of an experience with a lender before. 10/10 would recommend.

I will NEVER use Go Mortgage for my mortgage needs in the future. I gave them 1 star because I didn’t have an option to give them anything less. The only reason I used them for my construction loan is because my employer does not do construction to permanent financing. My 1st complaint is the $25,000 closing cost ( not including escrows), Rory Anderson (MLO) said that was standard with this type of financing. I have never seen closing costs exceed $20,000 without including Taxes and Insurance. Secondly I live in Denton county Texas and the builder Pratt Homes is located in Tyler Texas which is over 100 miles away from my property. Rory ordered an appraisal from an appraiser in Tyler Texas when there are plenty of appraisers located in the county I live. My appraisal fee was $1500 because of the distance the appraiser had to drive. Rory finally ordered an appraisal from a local company and by that time my initial lock had expired and I was charged over $1000 to extent my lock. Thirdly, the lenders preferred title company rejected the title order so I had to ask my friend if he could complete the title work. This cost me another lock extension over $700. During the whole mortgage process, I asked if there will be any draws during the construction phase and I was advised no, because the builder is set up to not request draws. Low and behold, 1 month after closing, I get a mortgage statement from Go Mortgage with a $25000 draw. I contacted Rory and asked him to explain because the builder did not request any draws and his response was IT WAS AN INITIAL DRAW after closing. My response was, I thought there was no draws and he never responded. I left a bad review on their survey and received an e-mail requesting my information for a conference call. I gave replied to the email they sent me and they blocked me. Wth??? This has been my worse experience purchasing a home. Me, as an underwriter feels defeated and mislead. Beware if you use Go Mortgage, you will be overcharged and will be told anything to get the loan closed. Interest rates are steadily increasing and one day soon they will be slow and I hope they will start treating their customers better than the way I was treated.

I had a great experience working with Sam Fisher. The process was well talked through and quick. We closed a week early and really appreciated the extra time to move!

From the very beginning, Andy went above and beyond to help guide us through this process. We weren't even sure at first if we'd proceed with refi, but he treated us as though we were already long time customers. We caused a bit of ruffle due to a job change right near our scheduled close and Andy was great in getting that all cleared up so we could still hit our close date. Overall, I don't think we could have had a better experience. I have already recommended Andy to a co-worker who is toying with the idea of a refi and assured them they would be well taken care of.

I was quite happy with how Erik at Go Mortgage took care of my refinance. Communication is his strong suit. Super easy to always text him and he always got back to me right away. Their app is very easy to maneuver through, very user-friendly. Other lenders want you to pay $500 upfront. They say it’s refundable. But it’s not. And they might charge an extremely overpriced appraisal fee. Don’t do it. Go Mortgage won’t do that. Feel confident using Erik. I will use him again. And I’ve already referred some friends to get their refinance taken care of.

Go Mortgage, including Robert Fabian and everyone on the team, was fantastic. They are extremely responsive and the process is completely transparent. Forget all of the big names that you see in TV and other advertisements. Those ads and stadium deals cost money and you will see it in their costs. Go Mortgage is the real deal if you want the best mortgage rates. In shopping around, we literally had two of the big guys tell us that the offer we got from Go Mortgage was not possible and do not trust what they are telling us. Well, I assure you it is possible and very real. We received a 1.875%, 15 year refinance, with $800 in total loan costs (mostly title costs), that we closed on August 19, 2021. If you are serious about re-financing, call Go Mortgage to compare rates.

I would highly recommend the Go mortgage for the home mortgage, my loan originator Yolanda was super helpful and professional as was my Underwriter Dana. The app is super helpful to track the progress and securely upload any documents without worrying about sending them on emails. The process was really easy and they offered me best rates. All in all a very convenient process where i got updates even before asking, which was amazing given i was first time home owner.

My loan officer Alex Wolf was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was great at explaining the process simply and was quick to respond to any questions. The entire process was quick and simple. Would highly recommend. Go Mortgage had an online interface for document upload and signing that made it very simple and easy for us to get everything completed.

1. Rich was very friendly to discuss matters with. 2. Rich gave me good advice that saved me money. Ex: He advised me to forego owner's title insurance as there was not much justification for it. In his experience he had never seen a problem happen and that data point help me decide. 3. Rich met his commitment for timely closing which was very very important to me. 4. Rich always watched out for me. Ex: On one occasion there was an additional fee that was not initially disclosed. Rich got it removed. I would have unwillingly accepted that additional fee instead of exploring alternative even if Rich had not gotten it removed but that'd have made me say "Go Mortgage has hidden/undisclosed fees" but now I can say that "Go Mortgage is an honorable lender that meets its promises/commitments". Thank you Rich for making it a pleasant experience. I have already recommended Go Mortgage to a friend.

Such a great experience from start to finish! Extremely friendly and all around great. Ryan is great to work with. He offered a great rate. He is very knowledgeable and would take time to answer your questions. He is very responsive, would pick up phone in less than 3 rings or call you back in under 3 minutes if you leave him a message. The Go Mortgage mobile app made it very easy to exactly know what all documents are required, to scan/upload those and to esign the documents. The cherry on top was that closing was done right in my home. We closed almost within 3 weeks only.

Overall extremely good ... the agent responded immediately ... the underwriters though seemed to be a bit too zealous on details that did not impact the loan, but it got done.
