    I've had accounts with GoEnergy for several years now. This is a fantastic place to bank with. Ms. Valda and Ms. Alma have always been extremely helpful and friendly with their assistance. I wish Ms. Valda all the best with her retirement.

    If you have a problem with your account it's almost impossible to get ahold of someone. I bank at the douglasville branch. If you have to call about anything it automatically transfers you to the tucker branch. Then it takes them at least one business day to call you back. They also aren't the nicest when they call you back. I wish they had better customer service.

    We have dealt with the Dallas branch going on 10+ years. Super easy to work with. I love that their is a new branch right in East Paulding now.
