My experience with Karine Gabriel at Georgia United Credit Union was AMAZING!!!! I recently purchased a vehicle through Georgia United, and I must say this was a very smooth process. I’ve been with Georgia United Credit Union for 13 years now; and I absolutely love their service.

First off I like to say I’ve received excellent customer service from visiting this branch, the teller I spoke with over the phone back in February even remember me, which is impressive considering it perplexing or down right challenging to remember all of my customers. Besides that I highly satisfied with this location as well as this credit union customer service overall will definitely recommend

They have been working with me diligently about getting my loan approval and I have no complaints it was an easy process to get my car loan now they're approving me for personal loan thanks Georgia United

I am so happy to say I am a member of Georgia United Credit Union! One of my favorite branches I go to is the Tucker branch. The staff is warm and friendly. The positivity helps me to not stress about finances as much!

This bank is horrible. I’m not sure who trains the representatives there but they need to be retrained. I have had multiple issues with this bank constantly. Every time I turn around something is entered incorrectly, “misunderstood’, not received or you just have to jump through hoops to get anything. Not to mention, to go through all of that, the wait times on the phone are exceedingly long!!! I should have listened to my gut a few years ago and withdrew my money from them and got established with a different credit union bank. It is VERY frustrating dealing with this bank. Just got off the phone speaking to a supervisor, who was very sweet, about these issues. Now I’m getting another call from them about a “misunderstanding” regarding another one of my accounts with them. Smh...over them.

I recently joined Georgia United Credit Union in March and have had nothing but positive experiences from the representatives at the Member Care Center as well as my local branch in Tucker. The branch manager, Kemaly, always greets me with a bright smile and each of the tellers are always eager to assist. You won't regret becoming a member of GUCU!

Always respectful, polite, friendly, and helpful. I luv this location! After Conyers location made me feel like closing my account. This location made me feel like a member. They don't care how much money you have or your banking situation. We are all members at this location!!!

I heard great things about Georgia United Credit Union, so I wanted to receive a membership for my wife and I. However, when I went into the office, I ask the lady her name and she told me, Kemaly Jacques with a very nasty disposition. I moved forward and ask Kemaly Jacques common questions about bank fees, percentage fees, etc. . She did not give me any information about any fees or offer my wife the information. Kemaly Jacques had a very nasty disposition and that's when I got my family and left that horrible place. I will call the police to file a verbal harassment complaint. Please beware and cautious of this bank!!!
