MATTIE WILLIAMS, ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEEDS NEW JOB. HER AND TRACEY AT A1 LUXURY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND, THEY SOLD ME A LEMON THAT STOPPED DRIVING AS SOON AS I PULLED OFF THE LOT. THESE WOMEN ARE VERY SCANDALOUS.. I CAME ON HERE TO LEAVE MY REVIEW AND SAW THE REST OF THESE HORRIBLE ONES

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!! Some lady called me as if I owed her money!! Dhe had a attitude and was yelling and even insulted my character by calling me a liar!! I'm a new customer and when I asked to have a different person 9n my account I was told no and if I didn't wanna speak to this rude lady I will need to just set up auto pay.. so not only am I getting yelled at but I have to fix it as well?? Smh don't use this company if you dnt have to! Run fast and far away from this place. Mgt never there and no one gets disciplined for their actions. Horrible customer service

I have been dealing with this company since June of 2018. I have absolutely no problem with this company at all. With all things considered I am happy they financed me to get a car and a decent one at that. I like to deal with Becky because she is professional and understanding. She is easy to work with and knows her job and what she is doing. I would undoubtedly recommend this company for financing if you got sketchy credit, or issues with financing.They certainly give you a chance. As long as you make your payments on time, you really should have a problem and they do work with you. Those people there are human, they just got a job to do just like everyone else. Kudo's to Global Financial and Becky for representing her firm well.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Ms. Tanisha Smith. Very professional and understanding. She's very knowledgeable when it comes to the company polices. She's definitely a valuable asset to the company.

INCOMPETENT. I own a successful business here in Cleveland. I never write reviews. I have to this time. This company has driven me over the edge. I have been dealing with Mattie for 3 months trying to get a title for a car we have. No reply week after week. Please take you business elsewhere and write a review if this company has you as upset as it does me. You will be seeing my posts all over the internet on this company.

I would absolutely recommend this company! I had no problems during the course of my loan, when we were paying. Unfortunately, our car got into an accident and it went into default because we stopped paying. I ended up reaching out to settle this debt and I spoke with Tanisha! She was AMAZING! She was sympathetic to my situation and worked with me on a payment that i was able to afford. I'm giving Global Financial and Tanisha 5 stars. If you have an outstanding debt, don't be afraid to call Tanisha. She will absolutely work on your behalf.

In the time I've dealt with this company they have been very supportive and understanding. While they have an obligation to get clients to clear their debt they will work with you.I don't know the names of the current staff but they as well as Becky have shown me nothing but courtesy and respect. You receive what you give. I would recommend this company to anyone. Keep up the good work

I really enjoyed financing through this company... That is until it went under new management. EVERYONE is so rude and unprofessional. Two in particular Becky, and Barbara. They will argue with you and also repeatedly call your phone regarding payments that were already set up by someone else. If I wasn't saved I would really tell these people where they could go. VERY DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN... YOU LIVE...YOU LEARN... GOOGLE NEEDS NO STAR RATINGS...

Just horrible. I promise once I pay my car loan off, I'll never use them again. Ever! Do not mess with them unless you are desperate. I don't even want to go into the why's, just heed my warning. They are garbage.
