After an accident there is always distress. The last thing one needs is more hassle. I called a few places and the response was rude or on hold forever. I called Glidden's, and received a welcoming response. We took our car to Glidden's. They explained every step clearly, and also asked if I needed to call Enterprise to rent the car. They work directly with my obscure insurance company, and delivered the car, fixed, shiny and bright! The repairs took about a month, because the parts took forever to get here. But as soon as they got the part, they worked on it. I also got weekly updates about the car. Amazing group of folks! I highly recommend them.

My car was hit by a deer. The entire driver's side and front bumper, headlight and electrical system was wrecked. (No one was hurt except the deer). They did all the body work, electrical, etc and painting. The car, a 2000 Camry, is better than it ever was. Gorgeous. It looks brand new, at least on one side. They did a beautiful job.

I just needed some info on something for a friend and they were very helpful.

My boyfriend's car was repaired there. They do great work, but good luck getting an estimate before your car has been there 2 weeks. Don't plan on it being done when they say either. His car has been there almost 1.5 months and he has been told 3 different dates that it would be done by. Not done yet.

They did an awesome job on our truck. We would use them again.
