Glass City Federal Credit Union Secor Rd, Toledo

Had an account since I was 18, everyone was so nice, then one day I went in(about 20years later)and they changed everyone. New people new attitude. Didn't feel friendly anymore. I switched banks. I worked for a major corporation and half the people there banked at glass city, so we called and asked for am ATM. They said it wouldn't be profitable for them. We had over 850 employees.. long story short jeep credit came and put one in for free and that's when I started seeing these changes in glass city..wouldn't recommend going to this bank if you want kind people..or a bank that values you...thanks Kerri k for an unpleasant experience.

Glass city has no idea what they are doing.. they switched their mobile banking app and have accounts linked to other peoples accounts that don’t have any access or have ever had any access to accounts so we had strangers able to access my wife and i savings account and they could withdraw money from that account so if you want to share your with others put your money here.!!

This credit union GLASS CITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION let's people fraudulently take money out of your account!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They don't even give you or tell you to call and make a claim for YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TELL THEM SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!! THEY ACT AS IF YOU ARE LYING! They charge you a fee for not having enough money in your savings account. But you would have enough money in your savings if they stop taking money out of your checking account (WITHOUT TELLING YOU) for fraudulent charges. ALSO IF YOU PAY FOR ACCOUNT PROTECTION YOU ARE BEING ROBBED BY GLASS CITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. THEY DO NOT MONITOR OR CARE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES! Your account will say you have money in it but when you swipe your card its declined!!!! THIS PLACE WILL EMBARRASS YOU SOOOO BAD. THEY DESERVE A -0 ☆ shame on this place.

Opened an account for my 16 year old son, and the lady that helped us was very informative. She answered all my questions, over all it was a great experience.

I have always had an issue with this location's customer service skills, Julie has been unhelpful and rude multiple times.

Love this credit union. I go to the secor location. The staff is absolutely amazing! They're the best group of people you can have working ANYWHERE! So friendly and sweet and they treat you like family... even my dog is taken care of there! 😁 I just love it

They were so unhelpful with a loan, opening a credit card, and very unprofessional depending on who you speak with. They rarely answer the phone and they were disorganized with what they needed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They have always been nothing but a pain in the ass. They are no help, every month they send me something saying I have to verify my car insurance again. And they are all rude... no one says have a great day or anything.

Every employee I have had contact with has always been very pleasant and polite. Have been a member for a long time and very happy with the service there.
