I would like to thank everybody at City Wide Auto Credit. They were all very helpful in helping me to get a beautiful truck. Scott the sales man, Ron for working with the lenders for the sale. Mr Russ in helping to get some repairs done. The whole crew, including the detail guys, all greeted you with a wonderful smile. I was greeted with wonderful smiles and every question I asked, received an answer..I would give Ron and his crew 2 huge thumbs up..

They told me they would fix the windshield it's been a month now and it's still not fix and the guy who going to fix it keeps giving me the run around of when he coming to fix it UPDATE: the window got fixed but they need a better window guy I believe the window guy they use dose what he wants when he wants and they/ the sales people at the car lot deserve better. They are very nice people and they will get you in a car

Everyone there was absolutely amazing and so helpful! They answered every question and helped with everything I needed, they all made sure I was comfortable and were extremely kind and patient! I recommend this business and the employees, cars are perfect and reliable, and very well priced! Sending all my friends and car shoppers here!

This is my new favorite dealership. We found a 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4wd Sahara at their location and fell in love. Within minutes upon arrival, sales person Ron Carter had us checked in and test driving the vehicle. Needless to say in less than 2 hours we were driving home with my 16 years old daughters first car. We are very happy with the new ride and equally are very happy with the service Ron provided, as well as, the everyone else that work at this dealership. We will definitely try this place again and highly recommend them to others. Thanks again Ron for a great experience.

They keep blowing my phone up daily trying to get me to buy a car even though I told them I'm buying a new vehicle from an actual dealership. I never even reached out to them.

I worked with Cory at City Wide & the experience was great. As a first time car buyer this was a smooth and stressful reliving process. Cory made us feel comfortable and really went over and above for us.

I had concerns about trying to get financed for an auto loan and was initially going to go to a buy here pay here lot because of it. I didn't want hard inquiries going on my credit report, but Chuck assured me that he'd seen much worse cases than mine get loan approval, so of course I felt comfortable to apply. Now my credit is dinged once again because he submitted my application to multiple lenders and he did NOT get me financed. One bank was willing to give me a loan, but Chuck didn't want to accept that they were only willing to finance what the vehicle was worth, not $3k more like they were asking. Of course he wouldn't take a dip in his commission to help a customer.

To be honest, I tend to be leery of smaller "credit building" dealerships like this, so if I hadn't been here to look at a specific vehicle, I probably would never have considered shopping here. Out of curiosity, and with a hint of skepticism, though, I inquired about a 2016 Chevy Traverse that was listed about $3-4k less than KBB. I looked at it, and it was a beautiful vehicle. They provided a free Carfax, so I knew what I was getting into: a couple minor concerns, but nothing major or dealbreaking. What really impressed me was the service. I had to bring my son with me, which can be a bit of a distraction when buying a car. But, Cory (one of the salesmen) kept him entertained while I talked with Chuck. After the initial test drive, I waa interested in getting my wife's input before making an offer. They let me drive the vehicle to my home, which was 45 minutes away, so she could look at it before committing. Ultimately, I was able to drive the vehicle for several hours before we actually purchased it, which have me a lot of confidence that it was a good vehicle. It also demonstrated to me that the sales staff were confident in the vehicle they were selling. I also went in with a pre-approval at a pretty high interest rate. They ran numbers and were able to get me financed at a rate 6-points lower than the pre-approved rate. Not bad, when considering my not so good credit. Overall, we got a great car at a great price at a fair interest rate, and salespeople who treated us with kindness and respect.

Went in over a month ago. Got told I needed $2000 down. Went in last week because they called and said they picked up a new bank. They ran my credit again and said I only needed $1000. Came in YESTERDAY WITH $1,000 and was told that they never ran my credit last week, they aren’t sure why I was told $1,000 down when I actually need $5,000 to do any sort of business with them. Why destroy hope like that? I guess some people will say anything to try and rope a commission.

Excellent customer service. The atmosphere of the dealership is relaxing. They are professional and extremely efficient at what they do. I would recommend City Wide Auto Credit to anyone looking for a vehicle. When you go ask for Scott Gibson. He handled me with professionalism and detail. In the end he put me in the vehicle I wanted and sent me away completely satisfied.💯💯💯

Really do work with you, I went in skeptical and came out with something nicer than I ever thought! I got a 2015 Chrysler 300 c platinum edition awd with extremely low miles the car is absolutely amazing I had it checked out by a certified Chrysler mechanic and the car was in perfect working order he said it was like it just came off the assembly line! I think the guy who sold me the car is Spencer we was really cool, honest and fair he listened and worked hard to get me in something sweet! I will DEFINITELY buy again in the near future!

I went in hoping to find a 10 year old car art a decent price. Michael went over many option for my monthly price range and got me into a 2015 ford edge with a 2 year warranty! I absolutely love this vehicle. It was detailed and is the nicest car I've owned. They have a great selection and excellent customer service.i would highly recommend going there for your next vehicle.

I came in expecting to buy a cheap car not fully knowing what I was going into. Angie Carslanger helped me, went above and beyond, and her and the team got me into a car I've looked at a few times at other places, a Ford Fusion (2012). Scammers. This company was upset that my friend wanted to pay cash for a car did not want to finance a car. After it was paid for they tried to say she did not pay for the car and issued a repo. Companies get upset when they can’t get that extra cash. Would not recommend doing business with them.

City wide auto did an amazing job getting me into a beautiful truck. They were very patient through the decision making process. Corey Carter was outstanding, no matter how busy he was or how many times I called or texted him he never complained. He was patient and willing to work as hard as he could for mine and my families happiness. These people are on an entirely different level. I truly mean it when I say I have established friendships through this process. City will be my first stop for any and all of my financial needs.

Brandon Rizzo was great to work with , not pushy at all . I drove a couple different trucks he had a good feel for what I would like . I purchased the truck I wanted after 2 weeks with out pressure or constant calls from him . Russ the owner mgr. Came highly recommend and they have followed up with some issues after the sale . Very stand up dealership with good variety of quality trucks ( and cars ) . A definite must stop for anyone interested in a nice vehicle and friendly staff.

Went in to City Wide as I needed a vehicle ASAP. They were all very kind and understood what I needed. I have 2 children both in multiple sports so I needed something like an suv. Took about 10 minutes (which isn’t long at all considering the paperwork that is Done), before they let me know what I qualified for. Took family members to get a used car. Unfortunately there credit was pretty bad. Talked to a salesman. They made a down payment, found a car they liked, provided proof of insurance and we're driving off the lot in about 3 hours. The car was pretty nice.

Ron and Jerry was the best, the one on Secor….I loved them. They made me feel welcomed and accommodated every question I had. 1000% transparent and a loveable and Christian place. They will do right by you thru and thru. I was so outdone with their hospitality I wanted to stay and just hang out. They also offered me a chicken sandwich. I’m coming back. Me and my husband went in yesterday to look around for a vehicle. Test drove a couple GMC's was extremely happy with the customer service that we got. Branden is a great guy he was very patient, honest and understanding did everything possible to get us approved for a vehicle. They truly stand behind everything they say and do what ever to make the customers happy. We told him and Bob what our credit history was and they truly worked their magic to make getting approved happen. Told them what issues and problems we had with the vehicle we were interested in getting Branden made sure all our concerns were taken care of before we let the lot.
