I love this bank and have been using it since 2012. However, I ordered a card 2 weeks ago and there's no sign of it. I called to inquire. Was told its probably on its way, "sorry about that" and then hung up on. Thanks for the help?

I come here everyday for deposits for my work. I’m asking my work to move to Wells Fargo. Their faster and trainer better. Every time I stop in at glacier the wait is forever even if I’m the only one in line. No on looks up and the kids and other staff are the most unfriendly.. visit Wells Fargo and take notes glacier! Annoyed

I’ve used this bank since I’ve gotten a job and my boyfriend was going to get an account through here as well but when I called to make appointment the lady on the phone was VERY RUDE! Almost makes me want to switch banks because I’ve never been treated that way.

I bank here so I don't think I should rate this business. But, I will. I like my bank. They've only made 1 mistake so far and they've always fixed what others had hacked. So overall they are a decent bank.

I had the absolute best experience opening a new business and personal checking account with Simon!! He was so quick and professional! He is amazing and should be given a raise, if you’re in butte you should be banking with Glacier!!

I love my bank! The customer service is fantastic. I always feel like I've been well taken care of whenever I come in or call.

Okay so yes I gave my bank a five, and the customer service is amazing, however I'm usually in a hurry, so when I come in to deposit my check it's frustrating as heck that there's six counters and only two tellers working!! Ugh!!! During peak hours there should be a couple more people. Again I love my bank but that drives me crazy!!!
