MVD made a big mistake on my license! Came here to have it corrected and although I had to pay more, Sally made sure the error was corrected properly. Really appreciate you! I’ll pay more money any day for shorter wait times and accuracy.

Talk about the most awesome place to get squared away without having to deal with the MVD!! They are fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was my first time getting my car registered by myself, I was actually terrified, but when I walked in I was greeted and seated by a very kind individual, sadly I did not catch her name. The atmosphere was nice, nobody looked upset, everyone inside sounded happy to be there - and there is no way I am lying; this place has really amazing reviews for extremely good reasons! They're fast, professional and the best thing that anyone could ask for... kindness, respect and smiles on faces! Thank you so much to Sally who took care of me today and made my anxiety fly away. SUPER friendly staff! My adult son is mentally disabled and I go with him to every appointment and I also had my two little sons with me that can't wait by themselves, outside, or anywhere else for that matter.The staff was very supportive of our family's dynamic, allowed me to assist my son whenever needed, and were very kind to my little boys waiting patiently. I had tried the DMV but a piece of my son's mail (used to prove residency) was printed on thin material, apparently too thin to be scanned. Ginger's copied the mail piece and then scanned it. Too easy. Customer service is apparent. If there was one thing I could change, it would be the order in which we were called. In order to issue identification, employees have to undergo specific training which two employees that day were able to assist customers. I watched about 3-4 people (NOT there for identification) that came after us be helped before us. I'm glad that I asked because I could see someone getting really mad. Overall, I will use this company again. I got their information from a family member that uses Ginger's and recommended them. I can see why. They go out of their way to help their customers and you can feel that the moment you walk in.

Drove from Tucson to do a road test, it's closer since we are in vail. Decided not to do road tests because of covid spikes but also decided not to post it on their site and also not answer their phone when called. Horrible

Much faster than the DMV! See my attached photos for the prices. Each item costs $10~$20 more than the DMV, since you're paying for their convenience service. So, for 2 people with 2 driver's licenses total, plus 3 vehicle titles and registrations total, you're looking at about **$130 in Ginger's convenience fees alone**, plus the regular DMV (MVD actually, in AZ) fees. Overall I think it's worth it.

Not what it used to be. Very unorganized. I went to the MVD the day before as a walk in and waited around the same time as at Gingers. They let you in and have you sit down and keep no track of who was there first. Its easy for someone who got there after you to be served before you. Not worth the CONVENIENCE FEE anymore. Will not be going there again. MVD moves a lot faster than they used to.

People there were extremely Helpful and the whole visit to register truck took less than half an hour

I discovered Gingers when I purchased a motor home from a private party in the area who recommended we use Gingers to get the title transferred. Although there was a line the owner (who is quite easy on the eyes I have to say) came out and had a conversation as to what each person was there to do. She offered water and did everything she could to facilitate everyone getting in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Fast forward a month and I had 2 title transfers, 2 renewals and a duplicate title. Gingers opens at 9 and I knew there would be a line so I drive the 1.5 hours from Sahuarita and arrived at 7:55, there was one person in line already. Over the next hour, I estimate 30 or more people lined up. Everyone in line were in good spirits and the time passed quickly. Promptly at 9am the owner opened the door and directed everyone to the appropriate person to help. She is constantly directing traffic and checking in on her people and the customers. Anyone who complains of poor customer service from this establishment is full of S*** I will bring my future business to Gingers even having to make the drive, its well worth it.

They are moving customers faster than iv ever seen at DMV & they are full service. You have to line up outside due to covid but the chairs are in shade & the wait was short. I no longer have to feel the dread of a visit to the DMV. I will use Gingers from now on. Great job folks!

Tired of waiting on line at the DMV? Ginger's has grown since the last time I was there and I had no waiting. Professional, fast, and friendly service!

I know that many of us have children but when children have cellular phones on loud with racing on them and the two parents I guess I don't know if they were parents but anyway are sitting take care of taking care of business and the one parent does not say to the child please turn off or lower the cellular I found that very rude that was number one and number two the actual Representatives never asked the parents to quiet the child down. I think Ginger's needs to have a little bit of a better action when it comes to children in their business..

Tired of the typical DMV wait, or hoping you can even be seen to get something done? Well, save yourself the grief and head over to Gingers. Yes, you may pay a convenience fee, but it's worth it. Super nice staff also, rather than the attitude you often get at government places like the DMV.

This group is always helpful. The only down side is they can't do more customers than they do. The fact that they're always packed and a there's a line is testament to their proficiency and customer service.

I left my cup here by accident came back months later and they gave it back to me, top tier service.

I go to Gingers usually because they have awesome customer service and treat you kind. Today was the opposite of that. I went in for a title transfer and registration. I misunderstood something a employee said so I was charged for temporary registration. No big deal, only $11. My issue was HER reaction and making it a bigger deal than it needed to be and embarrassing me in front of everyone there as well. The issue was resolved but the irritated body language and annoyed smirk on her face announcing the mistake to the other employee was just completely uncalled for. It was a small mistake and I'm the one who had to eat that $11. It wasn't even a huge deal. But the unkindness and horrible customer service was just beyond me. I never write bad reviews for places. Especially places I like to go to, but after this, I will pass on their services.

The ladies were very friendly, understanding , and helpful , And in a blink of an Eye I got my stamp I need to get the places to fix my invalid identity, For Free , instead of having to pay it off credit for a year or two, it's a miracle, i'v been fighting "them" over this for almost 22 years of my life , with always only worsening results......thank you so much , I'll never forget this .....

Staff is always friendly and cheerful. I am always able to get what I need done and pricing is affordable

Absolutely terrible experience, they are really quite rude. I think in businesses like these where it is a required (mandated by state service) -businesses such as this place, tend to do the absolute bare minimum because offering terrible quality service doesn’t actually affect their bottom line. Will never do business with them. You know you are scraping bottom of barrel when the actual MVD is a stellar 5 star experience compared to something like this.

Had a great experience. Even through the virus, they are doing there best. Very helpful. Helped me get my motorcycle title taken care of, and even helped get the truck a better temporary license plate. Much better than the torture of the regular DMV.
