I spoke to Sarkes about 4 months ago. I was looking to get a mortgage but my credit score was low I had a charge off plus other issues- No one would touch me. He worked with me, fought for me and I just closed on my house today!! This guy is no BS. If he CAN'T do it he will tell you and tell you what to fix. He will fight with underwriting to get it done. He called me everyday with an update or just to see how I was doing on my end. He is a great guy, hard working and will be 100% honest. Give him a call ... you have nothing to lose. I have personally witnessed Sarkes get families into a home when everyone else said it was impossoble. He has helped hundreds of families out of really tight situations.
