Associated Bank N Main St, Rockford

I’ve had associated bank for seven years my account was overdrawn multiple times due to fees from the bank and anytime I’d ask for a refund “no” then finally my parents own a business in town.. they loaned me money and did a transfer to transfer for a couple thousand. IM KNOWN FOR HAVING MONEY SAVED IN MY BANK BEFORE COVID and yet they froze my account and it’s a “possibility” I’ll get my funds! Once this review is over I will NEVER do business with them again! How are you to tell me what I can do with MY money?

The Associated Bank in Rockford IL South Main Branch is useless, slow, worthless, and the worst possible bank on the planet Earth to invest your money in! The employees and management don't care about their customers and have no any recollection of any events, unless it comes to taking their smoking breakes throughout their shift on a consistent and regular basis! The employees at this branch, females in particular have no patience and have anger outbursts and feet stomping issues when it comes to something as small as dealing with a customer in a drive through! Wealth management does nothing for you unless you constantly call and remind them, even then they don't return the phone calls for days. You are better off putting your money under a mattress that is accessible to all homeless persons throughout the country than even considering a thought of doing any business with Associated Bank!

Really nice people work at Associated Bank. The online banking site is easy to navigate.

I was a long time account holder with associated bank and this was my go to branch. They always had there teller windows filled even though it was almost always slow the service was good and everyone was attentive. I subtracted a star as associated's policies aren't as good as others in town namely there interest rate and account charges.

Worst experience ever. The staff is untrained about their services and policies. They have hidden terms and conditions. Beware. I would not even give 1 star because they wasted my time.

Every month my bank account is overdrawn by lack of this bank doing there job even not being my fault I still have to pay I'm disabled and I've talked to branch manager my worker yet I still have these recurring charges this bank is the most pathetic bank in America I will close my account as soon as possible
