As usual, there was no wait time to access the teller. The young lady was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I'm very happy with the service I receive at GESA.

The experience was warm and friendly, easy and convenient. Their policies are great and they have perks very often. Credit Unions are the way to go!!!

Tried to put some money into my friends account for him. They refused I said Ok we’ll close all my accounts then. Without hesitation they shrugged their shoulders and said ok. I was stunned no wait let me try to keep you. This company is gone from credit union to big bank. They have lost their customer service skills completely. You are just a number to them no longer a member. Find somewhere else P1FCU has been outstanding go see Frank.

I was at the Penny Lane Branch in Walla Walla and my representative was Kenyan Herr. I am a retired banker (42 years) and have to say I was very impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommended Kenyan.

Gesa is very involved in the Walla Walla community. Just today I came across some beautiful ladies distributing trinkets and scored a stress ball! I've been with P1FCU, who also gives back to their community, but am happy to know that Gesa does as well. Since they reached out, it is a must for me to see a show at their theater on 5th and Rose.

Gesa has been nothing but helpful and friendly. They make anything easy to understand.

We needed to put my son on my account and was told there weren't any slots open but we told them my son lives in Spokane and wouldn't be here on Monday so they worked us in and we accomplished our job.

Horrible service, will find any reason to charge you a $29 fee for anything and everything. Can't or won't do what you want with your account. Don't even try calling cause their phone never connects with someone, and they won't get back to a transaction inquiry until weeks if not months later. Promise good things but none of it is true.
